Water and Air

No sooner had I finished writing my last blog than news came in that an Iranian warship had been sunk by an American submarine off the coast of Sri Lanka - very much a manifestation of warlike Mars moving from an air sign (Aquarius) to a water sign (Pisces).

The current spate of confusion and misunderstanding is likely to last at least until Mercury (currently retrograde) turns direct on 20 March and probably well into April.

Expect a lot of words on Monday 9 March with Mercury and Jupiter working well together while a similar aspect between Venus and Pluto the following day suggest a deepening of relationships or yet more details emerging in the ongoing Epstein saga.

15 March may be Mothering Sunday in the UK but the atmosphere is not exactly sweetness and light thanks to the collision of Mercury and Mars in Pisces. Offence is taken too easily and past hurts may resurface. The best that can be said is that the worst of it is around breakfast time so a special lunch may see everyone in recovery mode.

Folks in the USA won't wake until the aspect is past and, in any case, don't celebrate Mother's Day until May so are spared the worst of any emotional drama...
